The Winter 2027 Business Operations Engineer Co-op joins the Air Dominance and Strike Division to support the production of Collaborative Combat Aircraft and missiles. What you'll do

Embed with engineers to identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks and critical problems.
Identify and structure data systems to enable the creation of tailored data-driven solutions.
Develop operational applications quickly to support specific user outcomes and requirements.
Build infrastructure and systems that allow applications to mature and scale in the field.
Expand ontologies and generalize data and workflow applications across the entire company.
Work with the corporate Analytics team to improve company-wide data systems.

What we're looking for

Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
Must be returning to school at the end of the internship to continue academic studies for at least one quarter or semester.
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
Ability to complete a 16-24-week in-person co-op in Costa Mesa, CA, or Ashville, OH, in winter 2027.
Engineering fundamentals in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a similar background (preferred).
Proof of owning a project end-to-end from ambiguity to a delivered, scalable outcome (preferred).
Coding experience using Python, SQL, React, TypeScript, or equivalent (preferred).
Data system exposure to dbt, Redshift, Looker/Tableau, Databricks, or Palantir Foundry (preferred).
