The Winter 2027 Systems Engineer Co-op joins a multi-disciplinary engineering team to support the development and delivery of complex integrated hardware and software programs. Working within an agile, CI/CD-oriented environment, the individual will manage scoped projects including trade study support, requirements decomposition, design review preparation for subsystems, and test planning for qualification or acceptance criteria. What we're looking for
Pursue a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Must be returning to school at the end of the co-op to continue academic studies for at least one quarter or semester.
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
Ability to complete an in-person, 16–24 week co-op in a designated office location in 2027.
Experience with hardware or software systems development through collegiate projects, laboratories, or prior internships (preferred).
Coursework or project exposure to qualification/acceptance testing standards or methodologies (preferred).
Familiarity with U.S. government contract structures or programs (preferred).
Strong technical communication skills and fundamentals in at least one core engineering discipline (preferred).
