What you'll do

Administer and maintain Windows-based infrastructure across on-premises VMware and AWS cloud environments.
Manage VMware vCenter and ESXi host performance, VM lifecycles, and resource optimization.
Maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and core identity systems.
Oversee system patching and compliance using WSUS and SCCM tools.
Manage SAN storage environments and execute backup/recovery operations using Rubrik.
Support and troubleshoot security platforms including Trellix ePO, Rapid7, Security Onion, and Centrify.
Perform deep-dive root cause analysis and maintain technical documentation for incident response.
Identify and implement infrastructure improvements and automation opportunities in air-gapped environments.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 12 years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure engineering.
Must possess an active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.
Must be eligible to work in restricted and air-gapped environments.
Proven experience supporting Windows enterprise environments, including Active Directory and Group Policy.
Experience managing VMware vCenter/ESXi and AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, VPC, storage, IAM).
Proficiency in managing core services such as DNS, networking, SAN storage, Microsoft Exchange, and Citrix.
Experience with security tools like Trellix ePO, Rapid7, Security Onion, and Centrify.
Ability to perform deep-dive troubleshooting across OS, virtualization, networking, and storage layers.
