What you'll do

Administer and maintain Windows and Linux systems across physical, virtual, and air-gapped environments.
Perform Tier 2 incident resolution and conduct root-cause analysis for complex technical issues.
Execute system patching, vulnerability remediation, and configuration management to ensure security compliance.
Automate repetitive administrative tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Ansible scripts.
Deploy operating system images using PXE, Kickstart, and other automated installation methods.
Perform system hardening and security compliance using DISA STIGs, SCAP, and NIST 800-53 controls.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and Layer 2 network switching components.
Maintain monitoring, logging, backup, and recovery solutions for mission-critical operations.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance.
Must hold a current CompTIA Security+ certification.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent years of experience.
2–4 years of relevant experience for candidates with a degree.
Experience administering Windows and Linux systems in secure or air-gapped environments.
Experience implementing DISA STIGs, SCAP, and NIST 800-53 security controls.
Proficiency in automating tasks using PowerShell and Bash scripts.
Experience managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Layer 2 network switching.
