What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in Operations Research, Systems Analysis (ORSA), or related technical-operational discipline
  • Experience with tactical experiment and wargaming design, including scenario development and trade-space analysis
  • Demonstrated expertise in modeling and simulation for military missions, preferably with red force tactics background
  • Proficiency with C++ or Python for physics-based modeling and scripting
  • Ability to connect system performance, architecture, and design choices to mission outcomes effectively
  • Secret security clearance required
  • Master's degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related field
