  • Build clear, decision-oriented briefings and analytic products for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Compare alternative capability approaches and assess trade-offs in mission utility and feasibility.

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience in operational analysis, military planning, or related defense fields.
  • Strong ability to decompose complex operational problems into structured analytic questions.
  • Deep understanding of military missions, threat-informed planning, and technology's impact on warfighting outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills for producing executive-level briefings and clear narratives.
  • Comfort working across technical, operational, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Secret security clearance required; Top Secret preferred.
