What you'll do

Develop model-driven analyses and create the underlying models using the scientific method.

Use internal modeling and simulation capabilities to provide a competitive advantage over rivals.
Create clear, compelling analytical artifacts with actionable conclusions for internal and external stakeholders.
Quantify how Anduril technology delivers mission success during demonstration events.
Translate complex technical findings into concise summaries for program teams and customers.
Execute full operations analysis studies from initial problem definition to final report generation.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in a relevant Science or Engineering field (or equivalent advanced academic experience like an MS or PhD).
Must possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance (preferred).
Proficiency in modeling and scripting languages such as Python, MATLAB, and Simulink.
Demonstrated experience in Platform MS&A including aero, fuel, and signature modeling.
Demonstrated experience in Payload MS&A including radar, EOIR, communications, or weapons payloads.
Working knowledge of domains such as OCA/DCA, ISR, SEAD/DEAD, Electronic Attack, or Long Range Fires.
Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical findings into clear written and spoken reports for diverse audiences.
