The role requires deep knowledge of backend payment orchestration, authorization, settlement, and regulatory standards like AML, KYC, PCI-DSS, and ISO20022. You will solve complex payment workflows to ensure consistency and scalability across multiple channels.

What you'll do

  • Contribute to the product vision and roadmap for the Payment Hub using data and regulatory needs.
  • Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog to reflect business value and system dependencies.
  • Own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, including requirements definition and release readiness.
  • Write and prioritize user stories based on stakeholder needs, functional requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and provide decision-making support to resolve risks and blockers.
  • Oversee release activities to ensure smooth deployments and post-production validation.
  • Manage dependencies across internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure service-level requirements are met.
  • Lead systems-based decisions for complex payment workflows including orchestration, authorization, and settlement.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of product management or agile development experience in financial services, fintech, or commercial banking.
  • 5+ years of product management, systems analyst, or agile development experience within financial services, fintech, or commercial banking.
  • Exceptional communication, systems thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints.
  • Must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
