What you'll do

  • Design and develop scalable voice and real-time communication platform components.
  • Build and maintain software services for SIP signaling, media control, routing, and session management.
  • Develop reliable and efficient backend services using C or C++.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to voice quality, signaling, and media flows.
  • Improve platform scalability, resiliency, observability, and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and production support activities.
  • Contribute to automation, monitoring, and deployment tooling for voice platform services.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of software development experience using C or C++.
  • Experience developing backend or distributed systems software.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS, and load balancing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with WebRTC or VoIP technologies (preferred).
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes (preferred).
  • Experience with scalable distributed systems and event-driven architectures (preferred).
  • Experience with Kafka, Redis, or similar distributed infrastructure technologies (preferred).
