What you'll do

  • Architect and oversee the development of blockchain systems and smart contracts across EVM, Solana, and Cosmos SDK platforms.
  • Lead the technical design and implementation of crypto infrastructure, including deployment pipelines and testing frameworks.
  • Conduct deep technical reviews and audits of smart contracts to ensure security, scalability, and compliance.
  • Design and implement tokenization frameworks, on-chain asset lifecycle management, and cross-chain interoperability solutions.
  • Evaluate and integrate DeFi protocols, staking infrastructure, liquidity solutions, and institutional-grade custody platforms.
  • Establish best practices for blockchain security, smart contract governance, and incident response.
  • Serve as a technical liaison to integrate blockchain systems into engineering, trading, and risk workflows.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain engineering, smart contract development, or crypto infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of EVM/SVM architecture, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, SPL), and DeFi primitives.
  • Proficiency in Python, Solidity, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with smart contract frameworks and tools such as Hardhat and Foundry.
  • Hands-on experience with Solana development including Anchor Framework, SPL tokens, PDAs, and CPIs.
  • Strong knowledge of DeFi ecosystems including AMMs, lending protocols, liquid staking, and oracle networks.
  • Expertise in smart contract security reviews, threat modeling, and risk assessments for institutional products.
  • Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and mentor senior engineers.
