Vice President, Tech Lead

What you'll do

• Develop architectural patterns and guidelines to manage data assets throughout the entire data life cycle.
• Design and develop efficient BI solutions that align with the corporate IT and data strategy.
• Serve as the primary technical expert for all BI and Data Modeling technologies.
• Mentor junior resources and guide the team on technical best practices and process improvements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while troubleshooting production issues and performing root-cause analysis.
• Maintain positive relationships with Information Technology teams and various business partners.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 10 years of data warehousing design and development experience supporting ETL, reporting, and advanced query design.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• SQL Server development experience including T-SQL, stored procedures, optimization techniques, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Azure (preferred).
• Relevant experience in the financial services industry (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stay current with rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs.
