What you'll do

Lead the adoption of agentic AI across product teams by coaching and guiding users through AI-enabled workflows.
Redesign team operating models to integrate AI capabilities into discovery, planning, delivery, and continuous improvement processes.
Identify and implement AI opportunities to reduce friction, accelerate learning, and increase team throughput while maintaining risk governance.
Prototype and test new practices, prompts, automations, and operating model patterns in collaboration with product teams.
Translate complex technical AI concepts into practical playbooks and learning paths for engineering, design, and business partners.
Guide leadership through the organizational and process shifts required to scale AI adoption responsibly across the domain.
Establish feedback loops to measure and report on transformation outcomes, capability uplift, and measurable business impact.

What we're looking for

8 years of experience in product delivery, transformation, technology, or digital operating model change in complex environments.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams through changes in ways of working and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
Strong technical acumen to work with engineers and understand modern software delivery practices.
Hands-on experience using generative AI, automation, copilots, agentic workflows, or related tooling to improve team outcomes.
Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle from strategy and discovery through deployment and operations.
Ability to teach, coach, and facilitate to build capability through direct partnership and practice.
Strong communication, storytelling, and change leadership skills to make complex concepts actionable for diverse audiences.
Experience defining measurable transformation outcomes using qualitative and quantitative signals to refine adoption strategies.
