Vice President, Program Lead - Agentic Software & Product Development Life Cycle (ATOM) joins the Enterprise Transformation team to drive the large-scale evolution of AI-native product development and software delivery lifecycles. This role involves owning end-to-end program strategy, managing governance for executive stakeholders, and building an enterprise coaching engine to facilitate adoption of agentic practices. The successful candidate will define future operating models where humans, AI agents, and platforms interact across the lifecycle while ensuring compliance in regulated environments. Key responsibilities include identifying risks, tracking value realization through improved cycle times, and coordinating with cross-functional teams like finance and communications. Required expertise includes modern software delivery lifecycles, agile methodologies, DevSecOps practices, and AI-assisted engineering workflows. Preferred technical familiarity includes GitHub Copilot, automated testing frameworks, and multi-agent workflow systems to solve complex problems in the product development lifecycle.

What you'll do

  • Lead the enterprise-wide scaling of AI-native product and software development lifecycle transformations.
  • Own the end-to-end program strategy and execution roadmap from initial assessment through implementation.
  • Manage program governance and provide executive-ready updates to steering committees and senior sponsors.
  • Define the future-state operating model for agentic product delivery involving humans, AI agents, and platforms.
  • Build and manage the enterprise coaching engine to drive adoption of AI-native workflows.
  • Partner with divisional leaders to plan and implement training programs for tooling readiness and capacity optimization.
  • Track value realization by measuring improvements in capacity, cycle time, and product throughput.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resource gaps, and execution slippage through clear go-forward options.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of experience in technology transformation, program leadership, or engineering operations.
  • Proven track record delivering product development and engineering transformations at enterprise scale with executive visibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with C-level executives, CTOs, and senior business leaders.
  • Deep understanding of modern software delivery lifecycles, including agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
  • Experience operating in regulated environments with knowledge of control, risk, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Master’s degree (preferred).
  • Hands-on background in engineering, product management, or technical delivery before transitioning to leadership (preferred); familiarity with AI tools (preferred); consulting or transformation office experience (preferred).
