Vice President Product Delivery Manager, AI/ML Solutions

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, and performance reporting.
• Synthesize inputs from multiple programs into a single, coherent integrated roadmap with sequenced data prerequisites.
• Manage an integrated portfolio plan with milestone baselines, tracking the critical path, risks, and issues.
• Design and run a value and feasibility framework to ensure evidence-based prioritization of demand.
• Act as the primary delivery interface between the organization, stakeholders, and partner teams to manage requests.
• Execute change management activities while ensuring adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor blockers and resourcing needs while liaising with functional partners to resolve competing priorities.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
• Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
• Proven experience leading multiple concurrent programs or products in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong program management discipline including planning, dependency management, risk and issue management, and governance.
• Working knowledge of data and AI/ML delivery lifecycles, including how data readiness constrains model and capability delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics (preferred).
