Your role focuses on solving complex problems regarding delivery feasibility, functional coordination, and creating frictionless onboarding for various data products.

What you'll do

Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, and performance reporting.
Create a frictionless onboarding experience for federated teams and manage platform changes.
Manage product roadmaps while articulating specific benefits and business outcomes to stakeholders.
Analyze new data sources to understand their intersection with broader payments data and drive new product introductions.
Execute change management activities ensuring compliance with risk, control, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor project timelines and dependencies while identifying blockers and ensuring adequate resourcing.
Partner with Engineering Practice leads to develop agentic experiences for platform onboarding.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
Experience in product or platform-wide release management, deployment processes, and strategies.
Strong experience with the End to End Software Delivery lifecycle (SDLC).
Working understanding of Data Platforms and ETL Pipelines.
Stakeholder and client success management skills.
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics (preferred).
