Preferred technical skills include proficiency in the product development life cycle, design, data analytics, AWS Data & Analytics services, Databricks, and NoSQL databases to solve complex problems regarding how products are delivered to customers.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, release management, and operationalization.
  • Manage project dependencies and timelines while proactively identifying and resolving blockers.
  • Ensure all products comply with firm risk, control, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Execute change management activities across various functional partners.
  • Monitor and report on product performance to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and functional partners to ensure adequate resourcing for projects.
  • Oversee deployment processes and strategies for platform-wide releases.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, including deployment processes and strategies.
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics (preferred).
  • Experience in AWS Data & Analytics services (preferred).
  • Experience in Databricks (preferred).
  • Experience in NoSQL databases (preferred).
