As a Product Delivery Manager - AI Foundations within the Consumer and Community Banking AI Foundations organization, you will lead end-to-end delivery processes for agentic products, platforms, and services. What you'll do

Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, and release management.
Drive change management activities to ensure alignment with risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.
Manage timelines and proactively address blockers to keep delivery on track across workstreams.
Develop and improve product and software delivery lifecycle frameworks tailored for agentic AI solutions.
Monitor and report on product performance metrics to inform delivery decisions and operational improvements.
Support the operationalization of AI products and platforms for deployment across banking teams.
Align cross-functional stakeholders on delivery priorities and cohesive strategies balancing speed, quality, and risk.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities in a complex, matrixed organization.
Strong understanding of product delivery principles with a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
Experience in product or platform-wide release management, including deployment processes and strategies.
Experience driving organizational transformation aligned to product and software delivery lifecycle frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate ambiguous challenges into structured delivery plans.
Proficient knowledge of product development lifecycle, design thinking, and data analytics (preferred).
