What you'll do

  • Define and lead the enterprise strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap for operational excellence.
  • Establish frameworks to identify, prioritize, and measure process improvement opportunities across the organization.
  • Lead the Knowledge Strategy & Enablement function to ensure employees have access to accurate, actionable information.
  • Manage the Operational Readiness function to ensure the business can successfully adopt new products, technologies, and processes.
  • Develop standardized methodologies for Lean, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and workflow optimization.
  • Build and coach high-performing teams across operational excellence, knowledge management, and readiness functions.
  • Create executive-level reporting to communicate progress, risks, and realized financial benefits of improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on organizational design and transformation priorities.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Organizational Leadership, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Operations, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Transformation, Program Management, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Significant senior leadership experience building and leading teams for enterprise transformation or operational improvement.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing enterprise Operational Excellence strategies and managing large, complex, cross-functional transformations.
  • Experience establishing governance, operating models, methodologies, and performance-management frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, process redesign, workflow optimization, root-cause analysis, and continuous-improvement methodologies.
  • Proven ability to translate operational opportunities into measurable financial and business value while influencing senior leaders.
  • Preferred Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification and experience in payments or highly regulated environments.
