Vice President, Global Server Infrastructure serves as a strategic executive leader overseeing global trading systems server infrastructure while acting as the primary authority on information security strategy. Lead and scale a globally distributed infrastructure and security organization across multiple time zones.
Serve as the senior executive accountable for the security of all trading server infrastructure assets.
Define and execute enterprise information security strategies, policies, and frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001.
Manage the security risk register and report cyber exposure and mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
Oversee incident response governance, including playbooks, tabletop exercises, and executive crisis communication.
Ensure compliance with financial regulatory requirements such as SEC, FINRA, and other global standards.
Provide strategic direction for on-premises and hybrid-cloud environments supporting low-latency trading systems.
Develop long-range infrastructure and cybersecurity roadmaps aligned with business growth and threat landscapes.
What we're looking for
10+ years of progressive leadership in cybersecurity and/or infrastructure management within financial services, electronic trading, or capital markets.
Prior experience as a CISO, Deputy CISO, or equivalent senior information security leadership role.
Proven track record of building, scaling, and leading high-performing globally distributed teams across multiple regions.
Deep familiarity with regulatory and audit frameworks including SOX, SEC/FINRA, FCA, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001.
Exceptional executive communication skills with experience presenting to Boards of Directors, audit committees, and C-level stakeholders.
Experience managing vendor relationships, budgets exceeding $10M, and cross-functional initiatives.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC (preferred).
