Vice President, Deputy Treasurer

What you'll do

• Oversee global Treasury operations including cash management, liquidity planning, forecasting, and banking infrastructure.
• Manage capital markets activities such as public debt issuances, refinancing, and capital structure planning.
• Lead the enterprise foreign exchange risk management program, including hedging strategies and risk mitigation.
• Manage relationships with external financial stakeholders including rating agencies, investment banks, and debt investors.
• Drive Treasury modernization initiatives focused on automation, AI capabilities, and process optimization.
• Mentor and develop a global team of professionals to build organizational capability and succession planning.
• Partner with internal departments like Tax, Legal, and Investor Relations to support enterprise-wide finance priorities.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• An MBA or other advanced degree (preferred).
• At least 15 years of progressive Treasury leadership experience within a complex multinational public company.
• Experience in Treasury Operations, liquidity management, capital markets, investments, foreign exchange, and financial risk management.
• Experience supporting public debt issuances, refinancing activities, and broader capital structure initiatives.
• Experience managing global cash management, liquidity planning, and banking infrastructure across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven success driving Treasury modernization through process improvement, automation, and technology-enabled transformation.
• Executive presence with experience presenting to senior executives and interacting with Boards of Directors.
