What we're looking for
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
Current or prior software engineering experience operating at the VP level within an established technology company.
15+ years of relevant engineering experience.
8+ years in senior people management roles.
4+ years leading global software engineering teams serving multiple internal customers and delivering capabilities used by millions of users or supporting $100M+ businesses (preferred).
Deep technical expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and modern AI-native software development lifecycle practices.
Proven ability to build high-performing, diverse engineering teams and deliver measurable business value through execution speed.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver persuasive content for senior executives.
