Vice President, Data Lineage Program Manager

What you'll do

• Manage assigned data lineage workstreams end-to-end from initiation through production launch.
• Build and operate a program management office including governance, reporting, and communication mechanisms.
• Maintain an integrated program roadmap across business, corporate, and technology teams.
• Translate business outcomes into integrated plans with clear ownership, milestones, and dependencies.
• Lead governance forums and routines to maintain stakeholder alignment and drive timely decisions.
• Produce executive-ready reporting, metrics, and performance updates for senior stakeholders.
• Identify risks and roadblocks early to drive mitigation plans and necessary escalations.
• Implement standardized processes, templates, and tools to ensure consistent implementation evidence.

What we're looking for

• Seven years or more of relevant industry experience in program delivery, governance, risk, controls, data, or technology change.
• Proven experience delivering data lineage programs across complex data ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-scale, cross-functional programs in a large, complex organization.
• Demonstrated ability to build and run program management office capabilities, including governance, reporting, and integrated planning.
• Ability to manage tight timelines and multiple concurrent deliverables across business, technology, and control partners.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to translate complex topics into clear updates for senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and common program and project management tools.
• Working knowledge of delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with data management and governance concepts, big data platforms, or data architecture (preferred).
• Master of Business Administration or other advanced degree (preferred).
