What you'll do

Facilitate agile methodologies, including scrum events like daily standups, refinement, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Identify and resolve organizational impediments to ensure smooth project delivery.
Manage resource allocation and task prioritization to address complex situations and meet project goals.
Analyze product development policies to identify barriers and apply critical thinking to solve lifecycle challenges.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI tools to synthesize metrics, generate insights, and accelerate operational planning.
Standardize reuse-first and AI-assisted continuous improvement practices across multiple teams.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in coaching teams and individuals on agile methodologies and project management.
Expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks, including a sound understanding of scaling frameworks like SAFe and Kanban.
Comprehensive understanding of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support agile coaching and delivery workflows while ensuring data sensitivity compliance.
Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Ability to facilitate group discussions, decision-making processes, and collaborative activities to achieve product goals.
Business acumen to ensure goals, scope, and product domain knowledge are shared across the team (preferred).
