User Access Management Manager

What you'll do

• Manage a team of UAM Analysts to grant and revoke user access to applications, systems, and infrastructure.
• Ensure analysts enforce internal security control policies and standards to protect sensitive information from cyber threats.
• Provide regular mentorship and performance feedback to UAM analysts within a rapidly agile environment.
• Identify and propose automation opportunities for user access management to streamline provisioning processes.
• Perform regular audits of user access management activities to monitor compliance with Enterprise Information and Security Policies.
• Implement corrective actions to resolve identified IT security access control policy errors and deficiencies.
• Update operational policies and procedures to maintain alignment with changing security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and drive a communication framework and metrics to report UAM program performance to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of Information Security experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing an enterprise IAM program or UAM/provisioning function.
• Deep knowledge of directory services, ITSM, and IAM platforms including MS Active Directory, MS Entra ID, MS Office365, ServiceNow, CyberArk, and SailPoint.
• Technical understanding of Active Directory and Entra ID/Azure.
• Detailed knowledge and experience in general security practices, including Identity and Access Administration.
• Experience with security governance, risk management, audit requirements, and security controls.
• Understanding of ITIL Frameworks.
• BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• CISSP, CISM, CISA or other relevant security certifications and knowledge of ISO and NIST security standards (preferred).
