User Access Management Manager

What you'll do

• Manage a team of analysts responsible for granting and revoking user access across enterprise systems and infrastructure.
• Ensure all access management activities comply with internal security policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for system security and identity management inquiries from end users and stakeholders.
• Perform regular audits of user access activities to identify and remediate compliance errors or policy deficiencies.
• Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline the granting and revoking of resource access.
• Update and maintain operational policies and procedures to align with evolving information security standards.
• Establish communication frameworks and track metrics to measure program maturity, accuracy, and user experience.
• Provide mentorship and performance feedback to UAM analysts within a fast-paced, agile environment.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of Information Security experience with knowledge of directory services, ITSM, and IAM platforms like Active Directory, Entra ID, and SailPoint.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing an enterprise IAM program or UAM/provisioning function.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills to provide direction and feedback to a team of analysts in an agile environment.
• Technical understanding of Active Directory and Entra ID/Azure with knowledge of general security practices and Identity and Access Administration.
• Experience with security governance, risk management, audit requirements, and security controls.
• Ability to create and track metrics, manage complex projects, and influence stakeholders at senior management levels.
• Understanding of ITIL Frameworks.
• BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (preferred); CISSP, CISM, CISA, or other relevant certifications (preferred).
