Privileged Access Management Manager

What you'll do

• Manage a team responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing new PAM capabilities and enhancements.
• Own and drive the enterprise PAM strategy, including scan/discovery, remediation, lifecycle management, and password vaulting.
• Establish and maintain PAM policies, standards, procedures, and governance processes.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight for PAM platforms and services, specifically CyberArk and related technologies.
• Architect, design, and troubleshoot PAM solutions while providing technical documentation, specifications, and test cases.
• Create solutions that drive full automation, self-service, and resiliency while eliminating duplicative capabilities.
• Define troubleshooting processes, standards, alerts, and reporting for operational monitoring of PAM platforms.
• Develop and implement a program communications framework and metrics to keep stakeholders and customers informed.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of Information Security experience with a strong focus on PAM platforms like CyberArk, Delinea, or Netwrix.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing an enterprise PAM program or PAM engineering function.
• Strong hands-on and leadership experience with CyberArk or another enterprise PAM platform.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise privileged access strategies.
• Detailed knowledge of managing privileged accounts, service accounts, credentials, secrets, and privileged sessions.
• Strong technical understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure, Windows, Linux, networking, and databases.
• Experience with security governance, risk management, audit requirements, and security controls.
• BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (preferred); CISSP, CISM, CISA, or other relevant security certifications (preferred).
