User Access Management Analyst

What you'll do

• Execute day-to-day user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modification activities across enterprise platforms.
• Grant or revoke system access based on individual user roles and the principle of least privilege.
• Enforce security control policies to protect sensitive information from cyber threats and meet regulatory requirements.
• Perform regular audits of user access management activities to ensure compliance with corporate security standards.
• Implement corrective actions to resolve identified IT security access and policy compliance errors.
• Develop automation strategies for user access management using available tools and technologies.
• Update operational policies and procedures to align with evolving enterprise information and security standards.
• Create metrics and documentation to track the maturity and performance of UAM services.

What we're looking for

• 1-5 years of Information Security experience.
• Knowledge of directory services, ITSM, and IAM platforms such as MS Active Directory, MS Entra ID, ServiceNow, CyberArk, and SailPoint.
• Detailed knowledge and experience in general security practices and Identity and Access Management.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting, and data management skills.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures in an agile environment.
• Proven ability to influence and build partnerships with business stakeholders at senior management levels.
• Ability to create meaningful metrics and documentation to drive program insights.
• A BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field is preferred.
