User Access Management Analyst

What you'll do

• Grant and revoke user access to applications, systems, and data based on specific roles and requirements.
• Apply the principle of least privilege by administering access to tools for the right purpose and time.
• Enforce security control policies to protect sensitive information from cyber threats and meet regulatory requirements.
• Develop and define best practices for automating user access management tasks using various tools and technologies.
• Perform regular audits of user access management activities to monitor compliance with enterprise security policies.
• Implement corrective actions to resolve identified IT security access errors and policy deficiencies.
• Update operational policies and procedures to ensure alignment with changing enterprise information and security standards.
• Create metrics and documentation to provide insights and track the maturity of UAM services.

What we're looking for

• 1-5 years of Information Security experience.
• Knowledge of directory services, ITSM, and IAM platforms such as MS Active Directory, MS Entra ID, ServiceNow, CyberArk, and SailPoint.
• Detailed knowledge and experience in general security practices, including Identity and Access Management.
• Strong analytical, problem solving/troubleshooting, and data management skills.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures in an agile environment.
• Proven ability to influence and build partnerships with business stakeholders in multi-cultural environments.
• Ability to create meaningful metrics and documentation to provide insights for the UAM program.
• BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management or related field (preferred).
• CISSP, CISM, CISA or other relevant security certifications (preferred).
• PowerShell scripting experience (preferred).
