User Access Management Analyst

What you'll do

• Grant and revoke user access to Pacific Life applications, systems, data, and infrastructure based on individual roles.
• Apply least privilege principle by administering user access within Pacific Life’s systems.
• Enforce security control policies to protect resources from cyber threats and meet regulatory requirements.
• Develop automation for user access management using tools and technologies to streamline processes.
• Conduct regular audits of user access management activities to ensure compliance with Enterprise Information Security Policy.
• Implement corrective actions to address IT Security Access and Control Policy non-compliance issues.
• Regularly update operational policies and procedures to align with changes in security standards.

What we're looking for

• 1-5 years of Information Security experience with expertise in IAM platforms.
• Knowledge and application of general security practices, including Identity and Access Management.
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and data management.
• Ability to follow SOPs in an agile environment and influence business stakeholders.
• Experience creating meaningful metrics and documentation for UAM program improvement.
• Proven ability to comply with and enforce security control policies and procedures.
