What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and 4 years of software engineering experience.
Alternatively, at least 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Expertise in cloud-native architecture including microservices, containers, and automation for scalable systems.
Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
Experience in API design, software prototyping, and applying software design patterns for secure solutions.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical design reviews and mentor engineers to promote engineering excellence.
Experience integrating AI/ML components and utilizing data-driven decision making to solve complex problems.
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies is preferred.
