What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 4 years of experience in software engineering.
Alternatively, at least 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Expertise in cloud-native architecture including microservices, containers, and automation for scalable systems.
Proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver modular solutions.
Experience managing the full software development lifecycle including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
Ability to lead system design reviews and apply technical judgment to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
Skills in data-driven decision making to define metrics and optimize engineering processes.
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies is preferred.
