What we're looking for

8+ years of software engineering experience.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong experience in AdTech, Search, relevance, or large-scale distributed systems.
Expertise building highly available, fault-tolerant, cloud-native services using microservices, containers, APIs, and automation.
Hands-on proficiency in Java or another object-oriented language, Spring, NoSQL, Kafka, Spark, and modern data platforms.
Experience partnering with Data Science teams to productionize and serve ML models in real time.
Demonstrated architecture leadership, mentorship, communication, collaboration, and commitment to engineering excellence.
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
