What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 4 years of experience in software engineering.
Or, at least 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Proficiency in cloud-native architecture and platform engineering to build scalable systems.
Expertise in designing microservices, containers, and automated infrastructure.
Experience with API design, software prototyping, and standard software design patterns.
Demonstrated ability to manage the full software development lifecycle including CI/CD deployment and monitoring.
Proven experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions to promote engineering excellence.
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards is preferred.
