The Staff Software Engineer joins a team partnering with Global Governance units to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and APIs. What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering.
Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
10–14 years of experience in software development with deep expertise in Java and its core principles.
10+ years of experience building complex distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Expert-level proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring MVC for building production-grade REST APIs and microservices at scale.
Proven experience architecting Apache Kafka event-streaming solutions, GCP services, Big Query, PySpark, and Apache Airflow.
Experience designing and deploying AI agents, MCP servers, and ML-integrated workflows.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience (preferred).
