What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 4 years of experience.
Possess 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Demonstrate proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation.
Show proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping.
Experience driving full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
Ability to integrate AI/ML components and develop intelligent automation using JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++.
Demonstrate technical leadership with mentorship skills and sound technical judgment for architectural decisions.
Master’s degree in a related field and 2 years of experience (preferred); knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards and digital accessibility (preferred).
