What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area (preferred).
Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES2022+).
Strong command of Node.js and server-side rendering (SSR) patterns.
Experience designing and building component libraries and design systems at scale.
Demonstrated ability to architect micro-frontend or modular frontend systems.
Proficiency in RESTful and GraphQL API integration patterns.
Strong understanding of web performance including Core Web Vitals, bundle optimization, and caching strategies.
Experience driving full software development lifecycle activities including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
Ability to integrate AI/ML components and develop intelligent automation using JavaScript or Python.
Demonstrated technical leadership with mentoring skills.
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
