What we're looking for

Alternatively, 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture including microservices, containers, and automation for scalable systems.
Proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and platform development.
Experience leading the full software development lifecycle including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
Ability to conduct system design reviews and apply technical judgment to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineers and fostering continuous learning and innovation.
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies is preferred.
