What you'll do

Own a multi-year commercial systems roadmap aligned to growth across products, markets, and segments.
Set quarterly OKRs in partnership with the Senior Manager of Sales Tools and Technology.
Streamline the lead-to-revenue lifecycle using automation, AI, and system data to reduce friction.
Establish CRM, workflow, and data standards to create a global source of truth.
Evaluate and build foundations for AI tools like Agentforce and other third-party integrations.
Measure and report on adoption, data quality, automation, and overall business impact.
Communicate technical tradeoffs and system requirements to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
7 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
2 years of supervisory experience.
6–8+ years of experience in RevOps, commercial operations, business systems, or CRM.
Experience leading complex commercial tech ecosystems, including building an end-to-end GTM stack (Salesforce preferred).
Strong grasp of commercial workflows including lead management, pipeline, forecasting, quoting, and client activation.
Technical fluency in Salesforce architecture, data models, and APIs.
Salesforce certifications and SQL (preferred).
