What you'll do

Optimize the Seller Acquisition Funnel and other high-priority Marketplace initiatives.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of experience in business operations, transformation, technology operations, or program leadership.
12 years of relevant professional experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
10 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
5 years of supervisory experience.
Extensive experience leading large-scale business transformation, operational excellence, or strategic initiatives within complex organizations.
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and influencing senior executives across matrixed, cross-functional environments.
MBA or other advanced degree in a relevant field (preferred).
