What you'll do

Develop advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and computational algorithms to drive retail division insights.
Gather and assess data validity to synthesize large analytics datasets for specific project goals.
Utilize big data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies within large volumes of data.
Build and train replicable statistical models and machine learning algorithms for future project use.
Define success metrics and run experiments to improve seller success and customer experience.
Communicate data-driven recommendations to business partners to influence future strategic plans.
Identify and determine additional data requirements needed to support complex business insights.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3 years of analytics experience, a Master’s degree with 1 year of experience, or 5 years of experience.
Very good knowledge of the foundations of machine learning and statistics.
Experience in analyzing complex problems and translating them into data science algorithms.
Experience in machine learning, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning.
Hands-on experience in Computer Vision, NLP, and Gen AI/Agentic AI.
Strong experience in Python with excellent knowledge of Data Structures.
Strong experience with big data platforms including Hadoop (Hive, Pig, Map Reduce, HQL, Scala, Spark).
Experience with SQL, relational databases, Git, and open source frameworks (preferred); experience in ecommerce, R, Julia, or Kaggle (preferred).
