What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years of analytics experience, a Master’s degree and 1 year of experience, or 5 years of experience.
Must have extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and advanced analytical modeling techniques.
Must be proficient in Python programming, SQL, and data engineering practices.
Must have expertise in data quality assessment, data source identification, and data strategy implementation.
Must be able to develop, test, validate, and deploy scalable analytical models in production environments.
Must have experience mentoring junior associates and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
Must have strong knowledge of data visualization tools and best practices to communicate complex insights.
Preferred: Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, IT, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Econometrics.
Preferred: Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R.
