What you'll do

Architect large-scale machine learning systems to achieve specific business outcomes for the Marketplace.

What we're looking for

A PhD with over 10 years of experience or a Master’s degree with over 12 years of experience in a related field.
Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience or 7 years of experience in an analytics-related field.
Experience architecting large-scale machine learning systems and making original contributions to research and practice.
Expertise in Agentic, Gen AI, supervised, and unsupervised machine learning algorithms on real-world problems.
Strong Python coding skills and proficiency in at least one other language such as Java or Scala.
Expert knowledge of SQL/Hive and ability to work within a big data ecosystem using Spark.
Proven ability to mentor junior team members and manage stakeholders to deliver data science products.
Knowledge of open-source frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is preferred.
