What you'll do

Develop, implement, and test scalable machine learning solutions for the marketing intelligence domain.

Individually execute and manage multiple data science projects simultaneously.
Build and deploy state-of-the-art classic ML and deep learning models on real-world problems.
Manage the continuous improvement of machine learning initiatives by following industry best practices.
Utilize SQL, Hive, and Spark to work within a large-scale big data ecosystem.
Conduct and report results of original research in machine learning and statistics.

What we're looking for

PhD with > 6 years of experience or Master’s degree with > 8 years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 4 years of experience or 6 years of experience in an analytics field.
Educational qualifications should preferably be in Computer Science or a related area (preferred).
Very good knowledge of the foundations of machine learning and statistics with significant original contributions in practice.
Solid experience with agentic, Gen AI, supervised, and unsupervised machine learning algorithms on real-world problems.
Strong Python coding skills and ability to work with at least one other language such as Java or Scala.
Expert in SQL/Hive and ability to work with Spark in a big data ecosystem.
Extensive experience building and deploying state-of-the-art models including classic ML and Deep learning.
