What you'll do

What we're looking for

Meet one of three education/experience paths: Bachelor's with 5 years analytics experience, Master's with 3 years analytics experience, or 7 years of analytics experience.
7+ years of Applied Scientist or MLE experience shipping ML models to production in high-scale environments.
Deep core ML/AI fundamentals including supervised learning, deep learning, time-series, and causal/RCA analysis.
Heavy hands-on GenAI experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, evaluations, and agent orchestration.
Strong software engineering skills in production-grade Python, distributed systems, ML pipelines, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
Experience with large-scale data systems like Spark/Hive and cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure.
Proven leadership in mentoring teams and guiding technical development aligned with business objectives.
PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related fields (preferred); publications or active peer reviewer status (preferred).
