What we're looking for
Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 5 years of experience.
Alternatively, possess 7 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 3 years of experience (preferred).
Demonstrate strong coding skills and the ability to deliver production-quality code in languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
Provide extensive experience in platform engineering leadership, cloud-native architectures, and reusable infrastructure.
Show proven expertise in software development lifecycle management, including CI/CD, testing, observability, and incident response.
Possess a strong background in AI/ML integration and building intelligent software systems.
Demonstrate knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
