What you'll do

What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of experience in project or program management.
Alternatively, possess 8 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
Possess at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
Demonstrate the ability to define and execute large-scale technology programs aligned with business strategy.
Exhibit strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to build consensus and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Provide expertise in monitoring program performance, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.
Maintain extensive experience in program and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
Possess a Master's degree in a related field and 5 years of experience in project or program management (preferred).
