What you'll do

Lead the development and execution of product capabilities aligned with business objectives.

Provide clear reporting on program status and outcomes to senior leadership.
Implement best practices and innovative technology solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Oversee program budgeting, forecasting, and financial management to ensure cost-effective delivery.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or finance.
At least 6 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
Alternatively, at least 8 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations with 3 years of supervisory experience.
Proven ability to execute large-scale technology programs aligned with business strategy and objectives.
Expertise in monitoring program performance, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.
Extensive experience in program and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
Strong stakeholder management skills to build consensus and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies is preferred.
