What you'll do

  • Design and implement enterprise Unified Communications (UC) core infrastructure and architectures.
  • Lead the planning, securing, and forecasting of global UC initiatives and technology upgrades.
  • Integrate UC systems with multiple applications and platforms to ensure high availability.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical artifacts for design, standards, and implementation.
  • Design monitoring and reporting systems to measure UC service performance and quality metrics.
  • Provide real-time technical assistance and troubleshooting for UC Multimedia Operations staff.
  • Lead fault isolation and performance management processes for UC infrastructure.
  • Create training materials, whitepapers, and webinars for customers on demand.

What we're looking for

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Must be able to obtain DHS Public Trust suitability clearance and USCIS EOD.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field with 12 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 10 years of experience.
  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • 7+ years of experience with Cisco Emergency Responder, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Presence Server, and Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise.
  • 5+ years of experience leading UC technology initiatives in global enterprises.
  • Skillset equivalence to Cisco CCNP Collaboration with a focus on Design and Planning.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM, CMM, CMS, TMS, Expressway, Webex, Microsoft Teams, Polycom, and Avaya.
