Design, implement, and manage enterprise Unified Communications core infrastructure and technologies.
Lead the planning, securing, and forecasting of global UC initiatives.
Integrate UC systems with multiple applications and platforms to ensure high availability.
Develop monitoring and reporting tools to measure performance and guide continuous improvements.
Provide real-time technical assistance and troubleshooting for multimedia operations staff.
Create comprehensive technical artifacts regarding design, standards, and implementation of UC services.
Deliver training, webinars, and whitepapers to customers as needed.
Research and recommend modern technology upgrades based on emerging industry trends.
What we're looking for
US Citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field with 12 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 10 years of experience.
10+ years of related experience in Unified Communications and infrastructure.
7+ years of experience with Cisco Emergency Responder (CER), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), Cisco Presence Server (IM&P), and Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE).
5+ years leading UC technology initiatives in global enterprises.
Experience with Cisco, Avaya, Polycom, and products including CUCM, CMM, CMS, TMS, Expressway, Webex, and Microsoft Teams.
Skillset equivalent to Cisco CCNP Collaboration with a focus on Design and Planning (preferred).
