What you'll do

  • Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and VoIP solutions.
  • Deploy and administer collaboration applications including Cisco Jabber, Webex, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Manage enterprise conferencing platforms such as Cisco Meeting Server (CMS).
  • Configure and support voice and video endpoints, including IP phones and VTC systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex voice and video issues using SIP, RTP, QoS, and call trace analysis.
  • Maintain secure and highly available collaboration services across classified environments.
  • Support the modernization and deployment of next-generation Navy communications systems.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience engineering, administering, servicing, or troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) or Cisco UC Devices in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting VoIP or IP telephony solutions, including SIP, SCCP, dial plans, and voice gateways.
  • Ability to deploy and administer Cisco collaboration applications, including Cisco Jabber, Webex, Microsoft Teams, or Cisco IM and Presence.
  • Ability to configure, deploy, and support Cisco voice and video endpoints, including IP phones and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems.
  • Ability to administer enterprise conferencing platforms such as Cisco Meeting Server (CMS).
  • Ability to troubleshoot voice, video, and collaboration issues using SIP, RTP, QoS, and call trace analysis.
  • HS diploma or GED.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
