The Transformation Lead joins the Transformation Office to drive enterprise value creation through complex, cross-functional initiatives including M&A integrations and divestitures. This role involves leading planning and execution for integration and separation programs across technology, operations, finance, HR, risk, and legal functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing workplans for day one readiness, tracking synergy cases, establishing governance routines, and monitoring transition service agreement performance against SLAs. The candidate will also manage RAID logs, coordinate cutovers, provide executive reporting on KPIs and OKRs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates possess a bachelor’s degree and eight to ten years of experience in transformation, corporate strategy, management consulting, finance, or PMO roles. Relevant expertise includes payments, fintech, technology-enabled services, or complex global operations within the payment technology landscape.
Lead planning and execution for integration and separation programs across technology, operations, finance, HR, risk, and legal functions.
Develop end-to-end workplans for Day 1 readiness, synergy capture, and Transition Service Agreement (TSA) design and exit.
Establish and facilitate governance structures including steering routines, RAID management, and cross-functional dependency tracking.
Monitor TSA service delivery to ensure performance aligns with agreed SLAs and drive necessary remediation.
Coordinate TSA billing processes and invoice support in collaboration with Finance teams.
Track and report on synergy cases for cost, revenue, and working capital while defining baselines for benefit realization.
Provide executive reporting through KPI/OKR tracking, variance analysis, and the development of concise leadership dashboards.
Ensure all integration and separation activities comply with regulatory, compliance, and information security requirements.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
8 to 10+ years of experience in Transformation, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Finance, PMO, M&A integration/divestitures, or a related cross-functional role.
Experience in business partnership.
Knowledge of payments, fintech, technology-enabled services, or complex global operations is advantageous.
Ability to lead planning and execution for integration and separation programs across multiple functions.
Proficiency in managing governance, including RAID management, change control, and cross-functional dependency tracking.
Experience in reporting on synergy cases, KPI/OKR tracking, and providing executive-level narratives.
Ability to ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and information security requirements during transitions.
