As a Senior Transformation Analyst in the Transformation Office, you will analyze business requests to develop automated systems based on user needs and industry requirements. You will be responsible for designing system scopes, configuring settings, and creating technical specifications while managing integration and separation programs across functions like Technology, Finance, and HR. Your daily work involves managing transition service agreements, tracking synergy cases, performing variance analysis, and developing executive-level dashboards to report on KPIs and OKRs. The role requires expertise in project management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure operational continuity during complex transitions. You will utilize skills in structured analysis, business partnership, and high-level communication to solve problems within the payments and fintech domain. Success requires a detail-oriented approach to navigating complex global operations and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout all transformation activities.
Analyze business requests and design automated systems based on user needs and industry requirements.
Plan and execute end-to-end integration and separation workplans across multiple corporate functions.
Manage governance activities including RAID logs, change control, and cross-functional dependency tracking.
Monitor TSA service delivery to ensure performance aligns with agreed SLAs and contract terms.
Coordinate TSA billing processes, including invoice support, accruals, and financial reporting.
Track and report on synergy cases to drive cost and revenue benefit realization.
Develop executive reports, dashboards, and narratives for senior leadership regarding project status and KPIs.
Document and improve internal playbooks, templates, and lessons learned across various platforms.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
3+ years of relevant experience in Transformation, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Finance, PMO, M&A integration/divestitures, or a related cross-functional role.
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
Prior business partnership experience is preferred.
Knowledge of payments/fintech, technology-enabled services, or complex global operations is advantageous but not required.
Experience delivering executive-level content is desirable but not required.
Experience leading structured analyses and project workstreams with measurable outcomes.
