The AI and Process Automation Transformation role is a leadership position within Information Security Services designed to establish and lead a newly created function focused on modernization. Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, the successful candidate will manage a small team to identify, prioritize, and deliver process redesign, automation initiatives, and responsible AI adoption. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing transformation roadmaps, building business cases, and managing change adoption across a matrixed organization to improve efficiency and scalability. The role requires expertise in operating model design, business process management, and organizational change. Candidates should possess skills in workflow technologies, consulting, and project management. This position addresses the challenge of modernizing operations within a complex, highly regulated environment by transitioning manual workflows into automated, optimized processes to enhance overall organizational productivity and effectiveness.
Establish and lead the new AI & Process Transformation function, including strategy, governance, and execution.
Partner with senior executives to identify and prioritize process modernization and automation initiatives.
Drive transformation projects from initial diagnostic assessment through implementation and benefits realization.
Redesign operating models and simplify workflows to improve organizational productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal partners to advance approved AI and automation use cases across the enterprise.
Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and executive reporting to demonstrate measurable outcomes.
Lead change management efforts to build alignment and engagement across diverse stakeholder groups.
Influence senior leaders in a matrixed organization to accelerate delivery and sustain results.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
12+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, consulting, or technology modernization initiatives.
Proven success delivering measurable business outcomes including productivity gains, cost reduction, and process simplification.
Deep expertise in operating model design, business process management, organizational change, and continuous improvement.
Experience applying AI, automation, workflow technologies, or emerging technologies to improve business operations.
Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven success leading through ambiguity and driving large-scale change in complex organizations.
Experience in financial services, consulting, advanced degrees, or relevant certifications like Lean Six Sigma or Agile (preferred).
