Head of AI Product Transformation, Enterprise Solutions

What you'll do

• Define and lead the AI product transformation agenda across three business lines.
• Co-create AI-enabled solutions with clients and partners to address complex workflow challenges.
• Establish co-creation forums and pilots to validate concepts and scale repeatable patterns.
• Identify and scale high-value use cases like agentic workflows and intelligent insights.
• Create operating rhythms and decision frameworks to move opportunities from concept to delivery.
• Translate priority opportunities into clear business requirements and adoption plans with technology teams.
• Drive adoption and change management to ensure AI solutions are trusted and measured.
• Represent the company externally through client engagement and thought leadership on applied AI.

What we're looking for

• Must have 12+ years of experience in senior product, transformation, strategy, technology, or business leadership roles.
• Experience should ideally be within financial services, enterprise software, data, analytics, or workflow solutions.
• Must have a strong understanding of AI-enabled product development, agentic workflows, automation, and data-driven decisioning.
• Must possess a proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional transformations across Product, Technology, Revenue, and Customer Experience.
• Must have experience working with senior clients or partners to shape solution concepts and build scalable offerings.
• Must have an indefinite right to work in the United States.
• Experience shaping AI strategy and value creation in a complex enterprise environment (preferred).
• Must possess exceptional communication skills and executive presence to turn complex AI concepts into clear business narratives.
