To succeed, you must possess expertise in SQL, Alteryx, Python, Amazon Web Services, and Snowflake, while utilizing AI tools to synthesize definitions and automate quality rules within the banking payments domain.

What you'll do

  • Define and execute a data roadmap to improve quality, discoverability, and integration into analytics platforms.
  • Establish data quality expectations and oversight for critical data to reduce risk from poor-quality information.
  • Direct processes and procedures supporting Artificial Intelligence and machine learning initiatives including classification and tag management.
  • Identify, define, classify, and prioritize critical data in partnership with product owners and analytics leads.
  • Support privacy initiatives across the firm within a highly regulated legislative environment.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on the Banking Payments data estate and corporate data governance tooling.
  • Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of industry experience in a data-related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with varying timelines, priorities, and complexities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills across products, programs, projects, teams, and employees.
  • Strong communication skills and structured thinking for reporting on roadmap progress and risks.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery methodology.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Python, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Snowflake.
  • Experience with AI-driven operational efficiency using AI tools to synthesize data definitions and rules.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
